Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Main contact for sales team to process pricing exceptions and update special pricing programs.
- Pricing software system updates & maintenance (Encompass and JD Edwards).
- Research and validation of price discrepancies.
- Process pricing credit adjustments for billing purposes.
- Track and update price and supplier support changes.
- Work with our retail team on pricing maintenance and issues, helping maintain separate price trackers for these teams.
- Develop knowledge of wines within the Regal portfolio through training.
- Assist with other tasks and departments as needed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; 2+ years related experience in pricing or 3 tier B2B preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers and large data sets.
- Wine distribution knowledge helpful but not needed
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and heavy workflow.

The base pay for this role ranges from $21.08 - $30.0 per hour. Compensation will be determined by candidate experience, skills, and location.
