Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Monitor account performance of the Kobrand portfolio in key accounts within the assigned territory
- Responsible for selling in additional local and regional programs and executing on all ad’s and campaigns
- Manage execution of floor programs at the store level in all active accounts in district
- Act as a liaison for education and training of the Kobrand portfolio with the local chain sales team
- Create unique and creative sales presentations that align with the standards for Kobrand and Regal Wine Co.
- Analyze sales performance and display activity in territory, prepare recaps with direction of growth opportunities in accounts
- Conduct monthly business reviews with accounts and Regal Wine Co. management
- Prepare reports and reviews for display execution vs. goal in district
- Assess the performance of programs and initiatives and make recommendations to business leaders on program changes to elevate performance in key accounts
- Accountable for ensuring all Kobrand portfolio distribution in all authorized accounts
- Responsible for working within budget and monitoring all expense reports
- Other duties as assigned by Director of Chains or Royal Regional Manager
Job Requirements
- Alcohol beverage sales experience required
- Must possess a current driver’s license; maintain current auto insurance coverage and a clean driving record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as verbal persuasion and interpersonal skills
- Must have strong organizational and time management skills in order to prioritize responsibilities and meet work deadlines
- Able to repetitively lift a minimum of 50 lbs; be able to bend, squat, climb, kneel, twist and lift repetitively
- Available to work flexible hours, Monday to Friday, and occasional weekends for special events
- Ability to travel within California up to 6x per year, out of the territory, for education and training

Pay Range
The annual salary for this role ranges from $50,000-$75,000. Compensation will be determined by the candidate's experience, skills, and location.
In addition to the salary, Chain Key Account Managers are eligible for a discretionary bonus, $500 a month auto allowance, gas card for business, company issued cell phone, paid home internet (up to $50/month), expense account and other sales incentives.
