Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Ability to navigate the Regal and JFW system and work closely with all divisions and supplier partners
- Represent the entire Regal portfolio to Regional Account core decision-makers as a brand ambassador and industry professional
- Create and deliver presentations & business reviews to regional accounts
- Travel for in person presentations and meetings
- Develop and implement creative marketing programs, educational and training materials
- Target, sell, and manage key priority portfolio placements in off-premise accounts
- Oversee the tactical activation of field marketing plans
- Develop and conduct staff training seminars
- Keep current on channel market trends
- Create account specific effective POS
- Continue to develop wine knowledge, business acumen and sales skills
- Must be organized and have great attention to detail
- Display original and creative thinking for problem solving
- Ability to work in a fasted paced environment, adapt and respond to change quickly
- Responsible for working within approved expense budget
- Other duties as assigned Regal Wine Co. leadership team
Job Requirements
- Understanding of pricing, distributor systems, and inventory control
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated and competitive
- Good multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communications abilities
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must possess a current driver’s license, maintain current auto insurance coverage, and a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. case of wine
- This position requires the availability and willingness to travel and work flexible hours and weekends, when necessary
Pay Range
The annual salary for this role ranges from $78,000 – 102,000. Compensation will be determined by candidate's experience, skills, and location.
In addition to the salary, the Northern CA Headquarter Specialist is eligible for a discretionary bonus, $500 a month auto allowance, gas card for business, company issued cell phone, paid home internet (up to $50/month), expense account and other sales incentives.
