These temperate vineyard microclimates are ideal for the cultivation of Cabernet Sauvignon, the king of noble grape varieties.

The cooling effects of California’s coastal wind and fog allow grapes to ripen slowly, resulting in crisp acidity and complex, robust fruit flavors. We source the best cool climate grapes all along the California coast to produce a balanced Cabernet Sauvignon with robust flavor.
